Mt. Everest Journal Final Objective Question: to place your self on the mountain by writing to a friend what the experience was like climbing Mount Everest. Must Include: Lukla, Base Camp, Camp 1, 2, 3, 4, Summit, Khumbu Icefall, Sherpa, Yak, Acclimatize, Death Zone, Crevasse, Ascending, Descending, Valley of Silence,, Garbage Deposit, Avalanche, etc… Don’t Forget To: Try to connect the story to yourself (by bringing in personal experience – ex: being cold, walking in snow, etc…). Talk about duration, your feelings (excited, scared, cold, etc…), describe what you see, and use your imagination. Please underline the must have’s in your story
