4 Project Summary System Wide Portal: uPortal scalable, accessible, “service layer” supporting application integration and student services accessed directly or through your college on a “mobile first” platform. Education Planning/Degree Audit: Hobsons integrated solution. Builds off of historical course offerings, term-by- term and degree layouts, requirement checklists for student to complete degree objective, ability to email, print, share education plan.

5 Project Summary Timeline: Piloting June through December 2015, begin open implementation January 2016 Pilot Colleges: 8 pilot Districts (13 Colleges) involving faculty, students, and staff, assessing and tuning all aspects of technology, accessibility, workflow, adoption, training, and analytics. (EPT)
