6 Noise Mitigation i Sensitive Facilities within 60+ DNL must have some kind of noise mitigation.  The federal regulations state noise mitigation when located in 65+ DNL. i Go beyond the federal minimum and extend to 60+ DNL.

7 Noise Impact Reduction For Sensitive Facilities  Alternative #1 44%  Alternative #2 58%  Alternative #3 71% Option with the Least Impact
