5. ©2016 IHG Owners Association Step 4 Hotel #1 Info Hotel Address Membership Details Hotel #2 Info Hotel Address Membership Details All eligible hotel dues to be paid will show up on the 2016 Membership Renewal screen. You MUST make sure ALL HOTELS on the page are checked to purchase & assign membership cards next. If you do NOT select all hotels, you will skip all of the cardholder assignment pages that follow. Once checked, click “Next”

6. ©2016 IHG Owners Association Step 5 Next, you will be asked how many Additional Cards you would like to purchase in the drop-down menu. The above text/dropdown will tell you how many additional cards (either 1 or 2) are available to you based on your hotels. Select how many additional cards you would like, then click “Next”

7. ©2016 IHG Owners Association Step 6 If you have existing cardholders on your account, they will show up here. Check the box next to their name if you need to renew them again for 2016, please also review their contact information (using the pencil icon) and update any info if necessary. If your 2016 cardholders are existing and correct, click “Next” – if you need to add a NEW additional cardholder, click on the “Add Person” button, as shown above to add and save the new cardholder for 2016. 8. ©2016 IHG Owners Association Step 7 If adding a NEW cardholder for 2016, you will be asked to fill in all of their information as above. The IHG Rewards Club # fields IS mandatory, please provide this. This will be linked to and printed on their 2016 owners card and member will also receive a Complimentary Upgrade to Platinum upgrade as a member benefit. When complete, click “Save”

9. ©2016 IHG Owners Association Step 8 You will next be asked if you would like to make a donation to our charity of choice, Give Kids The World – either choose an amount from the drop down menu or choose “other” to enter another amount, and click “Next”

10. ©2016 IHG Owners Association Step 9 Verify “Your Shopping Cart” one final time to ensure accuracy on your total dues payment, and then click “Next”

11. ©2016 IHG Owners Association Step 10 Time to enter your credit card info – fill out all of the fields, then click “Next”

12. ©2016 IHG Owners Association Step 11 One Final Review of Payment Information & Memberships – A credit card receipt will be sent to your registered e-mail address, unless you specify another e-mail address in the Confirmation E-mail space. Click “Submit” when you have completed your review

13. ©2016 IHG Owners Association Step 12 Once you see the light blue box that says “Thank you for your order,” you are all set! You can now go back to your account page to view all of your information. Please allow up to 30 minutes for credit card orders to process before you can view your new membership cards under Your Account PLEASE NOTE – EACH cardholder must log in to their individual member account to access/view/print their 2016 member card Remember, NO PLASTIC CARDS will be mailed this year! Thank you for your order! Your 2016 membership card(s) will be available to view after December 15, 2016.
