What is the FPI System? Created to help me filter new information and option while staying focused on the needs of each client.

Helps you avoid common mistakes. Like choosing the wrong exercises, methods or loads.

#1 Focus What is the purpose of the 1) Program, 2) Phase and 3) Workout

#2 Progression Where is the rider in their 1) Training Block and 2) Movement Skills

#3 Integration How to fit Mobility, Strength, Cardio and Skills together to compliment each other

Focus tells you what questions to ask -what to do and how much.

Progression answers “what” to do.

Integration tells you “how much” to do.

All 3 elements are related and you can’t isolate them

A good program will Integrate the appropriate Mobility, Strength, Cardio, Skills Training and Riding

There are a lot of ways to “answer” these questions, the important thing is to ask the questions in the first place.
