Ingredients for 12 cocotte: 500 grams of mushrooms 150 g of sour cream or heavy cream (25-30%) 1 large onion 100 g of semi-solid cheese

Finely chop the onions. Mushrooms cut into thin slices. In a frying pan over medium heat2 tablespoons warm up vegetable oil. Put the onion and fry, stirring occasionally, about 3minutes. Add the mushrooms and fry until soft, about 5 minutes.

Add to the pan, the cream or sour cream, salt and pepper to taste. Cook, stirring, until thickened, about 5minutes. Spread mushroom cocotte of mass. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Put a cocottein preheated 250 degrees oven for 5 minutes, until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
