4 Criteria As a minimum all nominees must address the following 2 criteria: The employee embraces the values of integrity, respect and trust in all their work related behaviours The employee has contributed to and achieved the requisite activities associated with their role

6 3.Strategic Achievement Awards Criteria: Work place performance that demonstrates each of the following elements: Achieves a strategic objective through a site coordinated effort Achieves a strategic goal following the education and development of team members Achieves a 10% improvement to their EBITA target

7 4. Service Awards We recognise the following milestones: 5 Years 10 Years 15 Years 20 Years 25 Years 30 Years
