Why QEEE Server? Synchronize with the QEEE cloud to get – Courses and their CoursePacks PPTs, Lecture Notes, Quiz, Assignment, Forum, recorded lectures – Calendar – schedule of the QEEE programme Content Storage – Students/Local Faculty can access the available content anytime to be prepared for the session – Minimize the internet bandwidth usage at the institutes

QEEE Sys Admin-Roles and Responsibilities System Set-up Download and install the system software installable on QEEE Institute Server Settings – Global IP address, network routing entries for QEEE Institute server to be accessible internally and externally, Opening of required ports User Management User Creation – local faculty, students (single and bulk) Password is set to default Edit User – change only personal details Delete User – delete from the system Course Management Registered Courses and related events are sent from the cloud Enroll/Drop teachers and students to the courses Bulk Enroll option available for students only View the courses, calendar, software updates
