If applying to Common Application schools follow these steps:  Create an account on Common App website.  View video (on Family Connection home page) for how to match Family Connection to Common App.  Complete the FERPA release in Family Connection.  In addition to teacher recommenders, you must also request your counselor as a recommender through Family Connection, not Common App. NOTE: If applying to only one Common App school and that college gives both Common App and institution application option, use the institution application. Counselor and teacher recommendations require 5-7 working days to process. Transcripts will be available for submitting after Labor Day. 4. 20. Tuition Incentive Program (TIP) TIP Eligibility- Received Medicaid coverage for 24 months within a 36-consecutive month period between the ages of 9 and high school graduation.
