14 Trade NAFTA E-mail Survey Methodology TN applicants who applied between July 2003 & July 2004 were contacted via e-mail 2,505 eligible applicants had e-mail addresses Applicants were sent the surveys on March 31, 2005; cut off date of return was April 18, 2005 968 applicants responded - 38.6% response rate
