7 Step # 1 – Intimate the reception about the visitor The user sends a mail to the KIOSK with details about the visitor. Kiosk entertains emails only from employees ….. © 2010 Scrum System P Ltd. All rights reserved. www.scrum-system.com

8 Step # 2 Visitor gets an email invite The KIOSK receives the mail and sends an Invitation with an appointment number to the visitor, which is also shown as a barcode. © 2010 Scrum System P Ltd. All rights reserved. www.scrum-system.com

This ensures that properly frames photograph is selected. In case all six photographs are not good one can repeat the performance !
