Telephone By: Kaylee Norton Hook: How did they communicate without the telephone? Thesis: The telephone is useful and convenient because you van take it with you, play games on it, and communicate to others easier.

Paragraph 1 They used bonfires to communicate they would put blankets over the fire and clouds of smoke would go up. They would use typewriters when they were made. They would use a feather and ink to write letters to one another.

Conclusion Phones have came a long way since 1876. Every year there are at least 2 new phones that have just came out, and every year they get better and better. This is why cell phones are useful and convenient.
