This is my last day in Italy! I’m in the north 北 方, near the border 邊界 with Switzerland. The weather 氣候 is a bit 一點 cooler up here, which is good because it’s been so hot this week. I’ll be sorry to leave because I’ve really enjoyed my time here.

People are more sociable than in other countries 國家 I’ve been to, so it’s been easy to make friends 交朋友. I really enjoyed the south ( I think people there are more easygoing than people up here), but for me the best was definitely 絕對是 Rome – it’s such a romantic city. Anyway, tonight I’m going to take the train to Switzerland, so bye for now!

Well, here I am in Zurich, which is in Switzerland, of course 當然. It isn’t the most beautiful city I’ve ever visited 拜訪, but it’s very clean, and the buses here are more punctual 準時 than at home! I guess 猜 people aren’t as outgoing as the people I met in Italy, but they are very polite 有禮貌 and helpful. This morning a woman helped me to find a cheap 便宜的 hotel near the station 車站. (Warning 警告 ! I’ve discovered 發現 that things are more expensive here.) I’ll have to be more careful with my money from now on…
