Where floods typically occur. Floods usually occur on rivers, creeks and bays. Floods also occur after tsunamis and hurricanes.

How often floods typically happen Floods can happen any time even when you least expect them.

Structures involved with floods A structure involved with floods is land slides. Also earthquakes can cause hurricanes witch can cause floods. Tsunamis can also cause flooding.

A typical flood The rain would be about one or two inches high. A few houses might get flooded. But nothing serious. Most people would not be affected.

The most extreme effects of a flood A flood can last for months and cause millions of dollars in damages. A flood when powerful can wipeout anything in there path.
