Food Truck Project
2
WHAT IS A FOOD TRUCK? A MOBILE VENUE THAT TRANSPORTS AND SELLS FOOD.
3
WHY FOOD TRUCKS? Food trucks have big advantages over brick-and-mortar establishments: low investment costs no rent low utilities no real estate costs Low marketing costs.
4
WHY THE SUCCESS?? Food-truck business is increasing largely in response to the slow-growing economy. People are seeking inexpensive breakfasts and lunches. Also, employees today are often pressed for time, with more work and shorter lunch hours. Food truck owners can actually drive to a new location if business is poor.
