18 18 Provider Qualifications Supervisors have: BA/BS in human services 1 year experience working directly with individuals with ID or DD Non-DBHDS licensed Supervisors must meet their established requirements

19 19 Provider Qualifications Supervisors of DSPs: Complete the DSP Orientation online training Pass the online DSP Orientation Test to obtain a certificate Complete the Supervisor Assurance DSP Training Requirements
