M&I Leadership & Training Revised evidence-based national home visiting curriculum (Partners for a Healthy Baby) and led implementation in all nurse home visiting programs Led training for all nurse home visiting programs in the city Piloting postpartum home visits by nursing students across the city Revised and streamlined citywide home visiting services and triage criteria

Key Results Made 3129 successful home visits (Jan to Oct 2010) On average, 59% of M&I clients who smoke have reduced the number of cigarettes smoked per day (Jan to Oct 2010) On average, 68% of M&I Infants have a safe sleep environment as observed by case managers (Apr to Oct 2010). On average, 21% of M&I mothers breastfeed, exclusively, infants 0-4 months old (Jan to Oct 2010) 7% of M&I women got pregnant again within 18 months of giving birth (9 of 245 Jan to Oct 2010)
