You choose the toppings you like. Check out the whole wheat crust pizza and some whole wheat pasta we are using this year. All Entrée Salad come with a whole wheat dinner roll. The Food Pyramid recommends that you eat 2 ½ cups of veggies 6 oz. of grains everyday. There are 5 components to a lunch. 1) Protein 2) Veg. 3) Fruit 4) Bread 5) Milk A student must take at least 3 of the components to be considered a reimbursable lunch. However a student may take all 5 components. If they choose only 1 or 2 components they will be charged the ala carte price for those items and it may cost more than the reimbursable lunch price.
