1.What is strategy? - each strategy answers how we act in order to achieve specific goals -the strategy says HOW -WHO does strategy?

2. “attracting investors” is a process (long-term), where prior to “go out to market” we must be ready with number of issues: - TEAM people who are qualified and prepared to assist companies (languages, representative, knowledge of law etc.) responsibility for sectors / geographical areas - STRUCTURE (formal and informal) within commune / municipality we must make sure we have all important institutions on board (everybody who take administrative decisions, consult or help during an investment process) - INVESTMENT OFFER infrastructure (investment sites) human resources (people) financial advantages (money) (CIT, real estate tax, labor costs, land price, costs of investment, EU funds etc.)

3. What is the process of attracting investors? (INVESTOR FINDER) - monitoring of global markets, corporate decisions, trends etc. (business intelligence service) - building up a network of institutions and people who know “what’s going on” consultancy financial and legal consultancy PM multinational companies HR & recruitment companies - Marketing www newsletters presence internationally (consistenty) - getting to know and staying in touch with: CEOs of multinational corporations in your region domestic capital national agencies employer’s organizations
