2. Region Gemer and Malohont is very rich for folkways. Here lived many of famous people. We are following old traditions, which have conceived our adscendentes. Traditional products are: earthenware, carpets, tableclothes, wood toys and so on.

8. They made too musical instruments. Folk music was in our region very popular. We know many of folksongs now. Now exist folkgroups, in which people sing folksongs and dance. For our region is tipical fokswear folkcostume. It compose of apron, leather shoes, big long white sleeves, blouse and hat. People in groups sing folksongs, which are main about ther work, love and everyday life. We have too musics Instruments. This is for example „fujara“. This is an musical instrument, it is tube, made from wood. It is tipical for Slovakia.
