12 Office of Special Education & Early Intervention Services ISD Determinations Will be released 1-2 weeks after LEA determinations Will include determinations for ISDs for both the 2007 and 2008 APR All ISDs will receive a Level 1 rating for 2007 For 2008, cannot receive a Level 1 if any element rated 3 or 4 (same as LEAs) Will be based on same data elements as LEAs, but measures will be different
