Use a 4 inch single wrap Begin wrapping at the toes Move up towards the heart Pull wrap 1 ½ times its original length

Ankle Wrap Overlap the wrap by about half of its width Wrap your way up the foot

Ankle Wrap Make sure not to leave any hole on the back of the heel You can make a Figure 8 or just continue with a straight wrap

Ankle Wrap This is the Figure 8 pattern Figure 8 continued

Ankle Wrap End the wrap near the top Make sure that it can be secured easily using the clips or tape Check for tightness - numbness - tingling - coldness - blue or white
