1 Ankle Wrap

2  Use a 4 inch single wrap  Begin wrapping at the toes  Move up towards the heart  Pull wrap 1 ½ times its original length

3 Ankle Wrap  Overlap the wrap by about half of its width  Wrap your way up the foot

4 Ankle Wrap  Make sure not to leave any hole on the back of the heel  You can make a Figure 8 or just continue with a straight wrap

5 Ankle Wrap This is the Figure 8 pattern Figure 8 continued

6 Ankle Wrap  End the wrap near the top  Make sure that it can be secured easily using the clips or tape  Check for tightness - numbness - tingling - coldness - blue or white
