The Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said: "The reward of deeds depends upon the intentions, and every person will get the reward according to what he has intended." Al-Bukhari, 1:1

A man said to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him): "Advise me!" The Prophet replied: "Do not become angry." The man repeated (his request) several times, and the Prophet said in each case, "Do not become angry." Sahih Al-Bukhari, Volume 8, Number 137

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "A person who goes (out of his house) in search of knowledge, he is on God's way and remains so until he returns." Riyadh us-Saleheen, Volume 1:1385

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever has three daughters, cares and provides for them, and shows them mercy, will enter Paradise." A man once told the Prophet that he had many children but did not kiss any of them. The Prophet (pbuh) replied: "Verily, God will only show mercy to those of His servants who do good to others." A person asked the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him): "Tell me, if I come to a man who gives me no entertainment or hospitality and he afterwards comes to me, shall I give him entertainment or treat him as he treated me?" When the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) left a house, he would say: "In the name of God, I put my trust in God. O God, I seek refuge in Thee lest I stray or be led astray or cause injustice or suffer injustice or do wrong or have wrong done to me!" Fiqh-us-Sunnah, Volume 2, Number 67b

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) passed by a woman who was weeping beside a grave. He told her to fear God and be patient. Not recognizing the Prophet, she said: "Go away, for you have not been afflicted with a calamity like mine." When she was later informed who he was, she went to the house of the Prophet and said to him, "I did not recognize you." He said, "Verily, real patience is at the first stroke of a calamity." The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said" "[The angel] Gabriel continued to recommend that I treat neighbors kindly and politely so much so that I thought he would order me to make them my heirs." The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "Both in this world and in the Hereafter, I am the nearest of all people to Jesus, the son of Mary. The prophets are paternal brothers; their mothers are different, but their religion is one." Sahih Al-Bukhari, Volume 4, Hadith 652

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him prayed for pardon for his people and received the reply: "I have forgiven them all but acts of oppression, for I shall exact recompense for the one who is wronged, from his oppressor." Al-Tirmidhi, Hadith 818

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "He who has been a ruler over ten people will be brought shackled on the Day of Resurrection, until the justice (by which he ruled) loosens his chains or tyranny brings him to destruction." Al-Tirmidhi, Hadith 1037
