Objectives Modules: Introduction to assessment of student learning Writing learning objectives Assessment matrix, assessment plan, benchmarks Assessment rubrics Data analysis Improvement plans Delivery types: Introduction and overview of assessment of student learning PPT ® Video taped segments with VPAA and Director of Assessment and Planning that describes their roles and the role of assessment and defines student learning outcomes Other videos and PPT ® 3 modules Course level Program level Institution level All the items listed under “initial” were included in the modules Pilot program launched Feedback-positive Initial PlanEventual Program

In the End Over 200 hours completed 10 PPTs were developed Video introductions and voice over 1 video tape Gave overview and introduction to the assessment of student learning with VPAA and Dir. Assessment and Planning Attended Assessment Committee meetings and HLC Assessment Workshop Read 3 books: Creatively Ever After: A Path to Innovation Integrating: Planning, Assessment and Improvement in Higher Education Assessment in Medical Education and Training
