1. Tools you will need #8 Torx driver #10 Torx driver Standard Phillips screwdriver Small (jewelers)Phillips screwdriver Small standard screwdriver

2. With the autoloader upside down, remove 4 #10 Torx screws 1 2 3 4

3. Slide the outer case towards the back of the drive and remove it Remove case

4. Turn the autoloader top up and remove 4 Phillips screws (2 on each side) from the inner case 1 2 3 and 4 are on the other side

5. Slide the tape and carousel mechanism towards the front of the drive face about 3 inches Push out

6. Remove data cable and 4 wire connectors from the mechanism Data cable 4 wire connectors 1 2 3 4

7. The number one connector can be removed from the top of the drive prying it toward the center of the drive and pulling it out the back

8. Remove mech from housing by sliding it out the front Carousel and tape Drive mechanism Tape drive housing remove

9. From the back of the drive remove the 2 #8 Torx screws that hold the drive retaining bracket in place. Retaining bracket 2 #8 Torx screws

10. Lift the drive ¼ inch and pull retaining bracket up and out Retaining bracket Lift up ¼ “

11. Continue lifting drive to 60 degree position

12. Pull drive out and lay upside down on top of carousel Drive Auto- loader

13. You can see the magazine inside the carousel Magazine

14. Remove magazine from carousel by lifting up
