What is Resume ? The term “résumé” comes from the French and means a “summary.” That’s exactly what your resume is: a summary of your qualifications, skills, and achievements. It details your skills and training, work experience, education, the accomplishments you have made. it's not just about information, but it's about you.

Why Resume ? Employers don't hire on the basis of a resume alone , but resume should motivate an employer to meet you. So, the purpose of a resume is to get an interview not a job.

Features of Resume : Neatness, organized, clarity, comprehensiveness, one to two pages max, perfect grammar, punctuation and tailored to the available job.

This section include: - Student activities. - Volunteering works. - Simply this section reflect your role in your community. - strength point in your resume. - Roles and responsibilities inside the organization or team work.

Do's in writing your resume: - You should arrange your CV according to your job. - CV should be written with times new roman & Tahoma fonts. - you can add non basic sections such as self study section. - made it simple and clear. - focus on grammar mistakes and punctuation. - Dates in CV is very important.
