PrevNext | Slide 6 NCLB Requirement It is a goal of the Federal Government, as stated in “No Child Left Behind,” that a school will: –Assist every student in crossing the digital divide by ensuring that every student is technologically literate by the time the student finishes the eighth grade, regardless of the student’s race, ethnicity, gender, family income, geographic location, or disability.

(ii) THE PUPIL'S SCHOOL DISTRICT OR PUBLIC SCHOOL ACADEMY HAS INTEGRATED AN ONLINE EXPERIENCE THROUGHOUT THE HIGH SCHOOL CURRICULUM BY ENSURING THAT EACH TEACHER OF EACH COURSE THAT PROVIDES THE REQUIRED CREDITS OF THE MICHIGAN MERIT CURRICULUM HAS INTEGRATED AN ONLINE EXPERIENCE INTO THE COURSE.
