1 Quadrilaterals ParallelogramsRectangleRhombusTrapezoids Isosceles Trapezoid Squares Orange Book Page 14: Do you know the tree?

2 Things to remember about QUADRILATERALS 1. Sum of the interior angles = 360 2. All Parallelograms have:  opposite sides parallel and congruent  opposite angles congruent  NON Congruent, but bisected diagonals. 3. Rhombuses have:  Four congruent sides  Diagonals are PERPENDICULAR but NOT CONGRUENT 4. Isosceles Trapezoids have:  ONE pair of congruent legs  Two pairs of congruent base angles  Congruent BUT NOT bisected Diagonals.

3 Practice:  Pg 18 #5  Pg 18 #7  Pg 20 #18  Pg 22 #29  Pg 34 #8  Pg 36 #16  Pg 45 #29  Pg 51 #12  Pg 59 #11  Pg 60 #16  Pg 61 #25  Pg #69 #28  Pg 76 #19  challenge  pg 40 #38  pg 87 #35
