3. Who We Are…. Linkwest is the State Association for Community, Neighbourhood and Learning Centres in Western Australia. We are 32 years old. We were established by a group of learning centres who realised the benefit of a co-ordinated approach to support We have over 75 full members and 20 associates We are funded by the DLGC and have a grant to support 100 Community Resource Centres.
