Awareness: Seminars to show the way to commercialize the researching results and how the ideas have to be presented to the VVE (in institutions). 2.Evaluation of Ideas: Ideas are evaluated by VVE and a report is presented to the Institution. 3.Viability Studies: A consultor gives another final report with all the financial and commercial aspects. 4. Training: - Entrepreneurs: to obtain a Bussines Plan (100h+20h of Mentoring by a professional consultor). - Promoters or Institutions: learn and discuss about Policys of Creation of Spin-offs, financial and legal aspects, patents,...
