Abraham Lincoln is considered as one of the greatest of all American Presidents. He was born in Kentucky, on Feb 12th, 1809. When he was a young man, he studied law and became a lawyer. In 1860, he became the 16th President of the United States. One year later, the Civil War broke out. As a result, the North won. On April 14th, 1865, Lincoln was shot at a theatre and died the next morning.
