Actively Participate in a Group: Employers expect new hires to be able to work with people from diverse cultures.

Know the Groups Rules and Values Every organization has specific rules and expectations for their employees. As as new hire, I must take the time to learn what the rules are so that I do not offend anyone.

Listen to Other Group Members When others are talking I am not I listen to what others have to say respectfully
