ENERGY: PHONE CHARGER Input, Output, Process, Feedback
2
INPUT People: Eesha Khare created a charger that charges a cell phone within 20-30 seconds. But the first person who invented the cell phone charger was Martin Cooper of Motorola. Information: It sends an electric current through it forcing the battery to recharge. Tools & Machines: Machines make everything that goes into creating a phone charger, people are used to watch over the machines and make sure there are no errors. Sometimes people miss the mistakes because I recently bought a cell phone charger that did not work at all. Energy: To get the energy to the phone you have to plug it into an outlet which then takes the energy and recharges your phone’s battery. Capital: About $4. Time: Eesha Khare created one that will charge it in about 20-30 seconds, but it typically takes about 2 hours to get it from 0%-100%

PROCESS The cellphone charger extracts the power from the home supply (AC 220V) and converts it to a DC level of required voltage. Source: http://www.docircuits.com/learn/ how-stuff-works-your-ever- helpful-cell-phone-charger/

OUTPUT The output would be your phone getting charged
5
FEEDBACK Feedback would be: How fast your phone gets charged How long the battery lasts
