Currently in Huawei home-grown system, they can only track the deliverables of each phase and step. Supplier DevelopmentHuawei supplier develop is one of key areas in its Supplier Portfolio Management. It includes supplier development plan initiating, reviewing and approval, progress tracking. Member ScoringDue to slow remote connection and huge workload, Huawei wants an offline scoring method for all suppliers in Qualification, RFx and Supplier Performance Evaluation.
