3. Printing the Screen To take a screen shot of your entire screen, press the Print Screen button on your keyboard (near the top right). Go to the program where you'd like to paste the screen shot and paste it in.

4. To crop the picture in Microsoft Word or PowerPoint, first make sure the Picture Toolbar is showing (View...Toolbars...Picture). Select the picture you'd like to crop by clicking on it. On the Picture Toolbar, choose the Crop tool. Next, crop your picture by clicking on one of the handles (little square on the edge of the picture) and dragging it in. Do this to all sides until you have the picture you want.
