BASELINE We have approximately 400 websites (…and I will bet it is more) March 1 – 31 st the UH website had: – 3.6 million visits from 2.19 million unique addresses – 54% first-time visitors – 3 pages viewed on average each visit – 9 minute average duration per visit – 12% of all views from mobile devices

6. THE NEW WEB The static web is dead – Information needs to be dynamic and social – Information needs to be compact and deliverable in multiple formats – Give the people specifically what they want! – …and then, let them comment on it.
