(xi) where appropriate, facilitate the processing of exemptions and facilities in respect of the provision of assistance (Article 14.c) -Quick response mechanisms or one-stop processing system for entry of humanitarian teams and assets, e.g. SAR teams, search dogs, water tanks, power generator sets, mobile hospitals, aircrafts, including process for approval of tax exemption or tax deferred payments.
