Making judgements about the adequacy of performance May need to be done in light of findings of measuring performance

Audit Collecting information on the efficiency, effectiveness and reliability of the total health and safety management system and identifying corrective action. All control systems tend to deteriorate over time or to become obsolete as a result of change.
