3. A telephone directory is a list of telephone subcribers in a geographical area provided by the organization. Its purpose is to allow to find the telephone number of a subscriber identified by name and address to be found.

4. Allows easy access to the information of the required person. A telephone directory can help in finding old friends. It can be used to find out the entire information of the required person. It helps us to register a complaint with necessary details to the police for necessary action.

5. Case structure is used in which all the necessary information of the required person is fed (eg. Name, Contact No.,House Address etc). Codes are given to all the individuals making it easy to find the information of required person Now information of the person corresponding to the following code is fed. Now set the password to keep your project secure.

6. Standard directories are made on papers which gets destroyed after some time, whereas my directory cannot be destroyed. Normal directory will take much more time to find the full information of the required individual while my directory is capable of giving full information on one click. Modifying normal directory is difficult process(i.e. to add more information), whereas modifying my directory is much more easier. Normal directory is not secure, while mine is secured by a password i.e. any one without password cannot access information from my directory.

7. First of type the stored password which will activate the directory. Type known information (i.e. name, telephone number,etc.) of the required person and you’ll get the full data of the person whose information you have entered. When you have completed finding your required information then click on come out of directory. Whenever needed the above steps are followed again.

12. Information can be found just by entering names, telephone numbers, university roll number etc.
