Senior Design Craig A. Greiner Introduction The Problem: A knee brace that can fit a wide variety of patients, monitor joint angle and produce some means of feedback to the patient or physician. The Solution: Following surgery or injury, no means of continually monitoring the degree of joint flexion or extension is available. This often produces miscommunication between the patient and the physician or therapist and may lead to re-injury.

Senior Design Craig A. Greiner Marketing Device will be initially marketed for purchase by hospitals, rehabilitation clinics and physical therapy centers. Patients may purchase device directly from the company for Continual monitoring following rehabilitation. Minimal direction needed for proper application –Placement and alignment –Battery replacement
