History the “Fund” 2000 -- Mr. & Mrs. Ray Jones donated a condo to Central in honor of their close friends Mr. & Mrs. Henry Bragg 2004-- Church sold it; proceeds, ~$210,000 Set aside for special projects, not for usual budgeted items To date: elevator and improve acoustics in gymatorium Remaining: $140,000

3. Approach Elders think it is prudent to put remaining funds to work (Dormant for several years) Question: What would best honor the purpose and intent and serve this church well? Over many years two areas were very much on the hearts of the Braggs : Evangelic outreach Facilities We recommend using the money for these two purposes

4. Recommended Utilization Had several discussions/assessments and concluded: 1/4 to 1/3 for Evangelistic Outreach* World Bible School Bible study over the internet and through the mail Follow Mayfair’s approach (good results) Provided information & lessons learned Unsolicited donation to encourage us to get started Overseen by Mission Committee with Jim Norville as coordinator and integrator Grading by Central An opportunity for more of us to be directly involved in foreign evangelism * Allocation could shift some as plans are finalized

5. Evangelistic Outreach Initially, strengthen existing mission efforts Guyana English speaking; Ground team in place Etwaroo and workers ready to get started Guyana team took initial materials Tomsk, Russia – Looks favorable Ground team in place Phil Lowery to help implement Considering El Salvador Team there now is interested. Paced by need to find/train Spanish speaking graders

6. Recommended Utilization 2/3 to 3/4 for Facilities & Equipment* Baptistery improvements Upgrade audio/visual equipment Primarily projectors and aging computer Church office repairs & improvements House at 416 Clinton repairs and upgrades * Allocation could shift some as plans are finalized
