Phonological disorder
Difficulty sequencing articulatory movements
Highly unintelligible speech
Groping behaviour (articulatory searching behaviour)
Inconsistent speech errors
Articulation errors are, besides simplifications also, more complex patterns
Articulation errors are predominantly simplifications
Typical phonological errors, i.e. (de)voicing of stops, fronting, cluster reductions, final consonant deletion
Atypical phonological errors, i.e. backing, initial consonant deletion, nasalization of stops
