Introduction Object Obtain number of automobiles, buses, trucks and motorcycles in each state from 1960 to 2005. Results & Comparison (1) Number of Automobiles and Buses per Year California Number of automobiles kept increasing since 1960. Yet in 1993, it decreased. After the decrease, it has been increasing. Missouri Growth from 1960 has been unstable after 1971 California The number largely increased in 1982. Overall, the number keeps increasing. Missouri Number of buses kept increasing since 1960. However, from 2000, it has slowly decreased.

Results & Comparison (2) Number of Trucks and Motorcycles per Year California Large increase occurred in 1994 and 1996. In 1997, decrease was observed, Yet after that, the number has increased. Missouri Number of trucks was increasing from 1960. From 1997, small decrease and increase are observed. California Although the increase in number from 1960, it decreased from 1980 to 1998. Missouri From 1960 to 1974, the number is slowly increasing, however, after that, small decrease and increase are observed.

Conclusion Number of vehicle type Automobiles > Trucks > Buses > Motorcycles Number of automobiles increases for all states until 1970. After 1970, The number in Missouri has been unstable. For California, except for the huge decrease in 1993, it has kept increasing. In California, the number of buses is increasing. However, in Missouri, although the growth until 1999, it has decreased since 2000. Other than decrease of number of trucks in California in 1997, growth of number is observed. In Missouri, after the growth until 1997, the growth is being unstable. After 1980, number of motorcycles in California was decreasing until 1998. The number in Missouri has been unstable after its slow increase until 1974.
