1 st Session – opening module –Use Module 1: Opening (intro to course) –Hand out INTERVIEW Template and ask coaches to bring back next time (part of data collection) –Agree individual meetings with participants (they must take place before 2 nd session)

Autobiography Meet coaches individually before 2 nd session Have short autobiographic interview Record in writing

Other Sessions – all modules Follow modules structure Trainer needs to be supported by an observer (part of data collection) Observer writes: –General session (logbook template) –Autobiographic moments (use case study template type 2)

Case studies Module Use Action Learning Group Methodology (this methodology can be used throughout the course, but particularly here)

Videos Type 1: Course sessions (good but optional) –Inform participants (in some countries may need permission) Type 2: On the pitch (not optional) –Videos of sports training sessions, to witness dynamics that occur b/w coach and kids

Forum Contributes to discussions on Web Forum: –Share experience –Find materials –Ask for material –Ask for support

Closing Session: closing module Follow Module 10: Closing Ask participants to fill in self-evaluation form (on Forum)

After end of course –Thinks about 1-2 interesting learning cases (if any) –Writes “evaluation case studies” for those –Writes course report (template to be developed)
