7  Do nothing- stop the clock/take time out/ rejuvenate  Go Green- Indoor plants=pleasant habitat/less stress  Walk- healthy heart/healthy mind  Holiday- time to explore/relax /rejuvenate solo or with friends and family  Socialise- events/staff parties/mini-breaks boost camaraderie  Focus- focus on something else (self/friends/breathing)  Say No- you can become resentful and angry towards colleagues if you overload yourself with too much work  Priorities- a planned day keeps the stress at day (and makes it easier to day no)
