2. We love to sing and dance while we learn our letter sounds!

5. What better way to learn about the state of Georgia than with an edible map! First, cut the shape of Georgia into your dough. Next, spread blue icing to show where the water is in Georgia. Then, add chocolate chip mountains. Last, add a caramel to show where your house is.

6. After you admire your finished map, it’s time to eat it!

7. We Learned about Shadows and Light. Zachary and Marena experiment with shadow puppets. Davion, Kaylee, and Talieya test their predictions about shadows. Stephen, Rihanna, and Megan work hard to see what happens when you move the puppets closer and further away from the light. Weston, Haylee, and Zachary try to determine how lights make shadows. Gabriel, Bryce, and William use their puppets to see how lights make shadows.

9. SES Spirit Day Parade Our school “mascot” Max Our administrators have spirit! Mrs. Kerri says, “have spirit and graduate! Third grade has spirit! Ms. Beasley waves to show her spirit!

11. We learned about shapes and made some with string. Addy and Kaylee work together to make a rectangle. Megan and Christian make a rectangle. Kaylee shows us a triangle William making a triangle Weston and Zachary show us triangles. Mrs. Pace tried to make a trapezoid.

13. How-to Carve a Pumpkin This is how it started. Mrs. Pace cuts the top off. Christian gets some “Goop” out. Zahary M. Gets some “Goop” out. Gabriel takes a turn Megan and Talieya think this is fun.
