3. Once upon a time, there was a monkey named Momo.

4. Momo was the beloved class pet of Miss Ernandes’ kindergarten class.

5. All of the students loved Momo and would take turns taking him home every night.

6. Momo had many adventures on the swings, in the park, being read to, and even going out to dinner!

7. The students loved Momo as much as Momo loved them.

8. One horrible day, Momo went home with a student and got lost. After all, he was a monkey.

9. The students were very sad to not have Momo in the class to read to and play with. They decided to make posters to find Momo.

10. Weeks went by, and still no Momo.

11. Finally, two weeks later, Momo came back. He had wonderful stories to share with the students!

12. Momo spent the next day telling the students about his adventure with Indy, the dog who found him.

13. We were all very happy to have Momo back.

14. Just when we thought that Momo was done with his adventures away from the classroom, he escaped again!

15. It looks like we will be looking for Momo again! After all, he is a monkey.
