Hardcopy, word- processing, spreadsheet, Portable document format “pdf”, other Determine if this is an editable file, In other words can we make changes directly to the contents of the file. Page 6 of 12 Step 3: File is converted and made editable. However, the file has displaced text and format. Things are not aligned. A bit scrambled. Original form

Page 7 of 12 Step 4: Converted file imported into a word- processing program. * In some cases this can take some time. But may still same time in the long run. Original form edited & reformatted
