HEREs)  After assessment and approval by the EACEA/EU Delegation  Unica identifies relevant EU expert able to undertake a short term mission (1-3 days) in order to meet with local counterparts / to share technical expertise ( costs covered by Unica in the framework of its contract with EACEA)
