6 Trends Q2 – Diversity Support (FTE’s) o 15 include diversity as part of recruiters core responsibilities o 12 have dedicated headcount allocated to diversity Range for 0.25 to 6 FTE’s 1 organizations FTE was dedicated to campus diversity activities

7 Conclusions uNo common theme on how organizations allocate resources against diversity. uThose organizations that have budgeted for diversity, are still unable to provide the true expense. uThe majority of organizations include diversity as a core responsibility for their recruiters. oHow is accountability assigned and success measured? uQuestions for discussion; oShould diversity be a separate line item within recruitment budget? oIf business units have diversity goals …… who should pay?
